Most AI consulting produces documents. The gap between a strategy deck and a working system is where budgets go to die, and it is exactly the gap I work in, because I ship my own products with these tools every week.

Engagements take three shapes. An advisory session when a team needs direction and a straight answer. A build sprint when a proof needs to exist in days rather than quarters. And embedded direction when a product needs taste and engineering judgement applied together over time.
